DiecastFANatic Snow diorama - Creating the black ice effect on the rally car

Sure!!! Mud can be easliy created by mixing common flour with a tan or earth colored paint and then apply to the car with a cotton swap or tooth pick. Like the black ice, the clumps will hang behind the wheel wells. Do that first then dry brush some of the same color onto the car. For a really good effect, take masking tape and cut a pattern for the windshield wipers to have cleaned off the mud. Place it on the car and paint the outside areas and then remove the tape from the windshield. ;-)
