Replaced~ Chapter 2

(The next day)
*Macy's P.O.V.*
I wake up, yawn and head for the bathroom. Some one's already in there and I scream "Hurry up!" At the door. I didn't know it was Nick taking a shower, so when he came out he only had a towel wrapped around his waist. I didn't really know what to do so I said "Good morning." and walked inside. Nick just smiled and headed for his room. I thought about Nick's dark brown curly hair and his adorable smile. And most of all, the great times that we had. The island, the beach where we first said our true feeling together, the braclet, and the feeling of loving someone... and being loved in return. I get otta the shower wrapped in a towel and brushed my teeth. Then I headed for the guest room to change. I really wanted to impress Nick... but I knew it was wrong. Was I this desperate? But it couldn't hurt to dress up alittle bit... So I put on a red babydoll top, red pumps, a thick red bangle, and the D&G white miniskirt... it brought back so many memories. My embarassing uncle who asked Nick if he was gonna marry me... That dream is long gone. I looked at all the things Nick gave me. I missed wearing them and the feeling of have Nick be proud that we where together. I go downstairs. Everyone's eating breakfast.
*Nick's P.O.V. (this is happening the same time as Macy's point of view)*
I wake up to the sound of a bell from my alarm clock. I'm glad I got to sleep last night. After the akwardness of me kissing Carrie and Macy walking in. But, was Macy lying that she had no feelings for me? I seriously don't know. But... who was that guy she was talking about? Getting back together with? But was I thinking. Moving on... Maybe I should've waited for Macy. Boy I'm so stupid. But I can't turn back now. I'm getting married. Maybe I should be happy. I get outta bed and go to the bathroom to take a shower. All I can hear is Macy yelling at me to hurry up. So I get outta the shower with a towel wrapped around my waist and I come out. Macy said Good morning, and all I could do was smile. She looked great. Even if she just woke up. The sun on her fave really bring out he color in her eyes. I go to my room and change. I wanted to look nice for Macy... even though I'm getting married... It couldn't hurt, right? But I put on what I used to wear unlike the buisness tuxes I wear now. I go downstairs and eat.
*regular*
Macy-Good morning.
Everyone-Hey.
Joe-It looks like your heading to a party or something.
Macy-Haha. I like to dressup now... When you're in Chicago you sorta feel intimidated by all the stylish people on the Magnificent Mile. And it's sorta fun experimenting with all sorts of clothes.
Nick-Well it looks great.
Macy-(blushes) Thanks.
Emma-So where do you wanna go today?
Ann-I have to stay here and take care of JerJer and Bell.
Kevin-I'm gonna stay too.
Joe-Well Emma and I have a date.
Emma-Oh, yeah.
Nick-I have to go with Carrie to find a catorer (sp?).
Everyone-(looked down on that one)
Macy-I got nothing. I'll just go to the mall and scope out for cute guys. (she's kidding)
Nick-You can come with me an Carrie.
Macy-No thanks. That's aparently a lovey dovey thing. Maybe I'll just join the convent and become a nun. I can't get a guy anyways.
Joe-Haha. I'm sure you'll find the right one someday.
Macy-I'm not so sure. I have a really bad taste in guys. No offence.
Joe & Nick-Non taken...
Macy-Every guy I date is like hopeless.They have no commiment anyways. *sigh* Well whatevz.
Emma-Don't give up!
Macy-I'll try not to go into depression and die young and alone.
Ann-Mk let's cut the drama.
Macy-Sorry. Had a S.O.S moment. Maybe I'll just watch TV today. Weee.
Nick-Well I gotta go. Start early. (leaves)
Everyone-Bye.
Emma-So have you met the gold-digger in red?
Ann-a.k.a. Carrie, Nick's fiancee?
Macy-Not really. What's she like.
Joe-Well... she's like a gold-digger in red.
Kevin-She only likes Nick for his money. You can tell. She asks him to buy her everything.
Emma-We all hate her.
Ann-Nick does not see through her phony little act.
Joe-I heard her on the phone one time. She said she's gonna marry Nick and divorce him to get more money.
Macy-OMG. That's horrible. Nick dosen't deserve somthing like that happen to him. This isn't right. If she hurts that boy in anyway I'll kick her butt! I'll shoot her down myself.
Kevin-Yes! I knew it!
Macy-What?
Ann-You still love Nick.
Macy-Oh, it's obvious?
Everyone-YA!
Macy-*sigh* I can't bear it. Maybe I should move to Chicago for good.
Everyone-No!
Macy-Why?
Joe-We need you to get back with Nick. FOR GOOD!
Macy-But... he's marrying that gold-digger.
Emma-In red.
Macy-Besides... I don't think he loves me anymore.
Ann-Ya. Cuz he's too caught up in Carrie.
Macy-Why don't you talk to him.
Kevin-We did. Alot. He won't listen.
Macy-Maybe he'll listen to me.
Joe-Good luck.
