  • What is the music used for this video? I love it! The documentry was amazing too!

Look at the caption info on the video...the music is identified there.

  • Very nice compilation. Even the "modest" replacement (in all its incarnatioins) is pretty darn big. WNP member and big fan of your site. I know Dan & Mary aren't that techy, have they seen your vids?

  • I suspect Mary & Dan have seen it. I created this quite awhile back when my focus was completely biased towards the 1896 structure. The movie clearly doesn't to the current structure justice. I'd remake it but my volunteer time is very limited.

  • has anybody been 2 the ruins of it?

  • The ruins were long ago replaced by the newer structure.

  • thank you for posting! I've lived here in S.F. 31 years and enjoy learning more of the city history.

    never knew track existed.......

  • I'm making a large model of this cliff house. It's looks great. Hopefully you might be able to see it at the California State Fair.

  • Ah, but to have gone inside the baths and museum as I did a few times, awesome. I skated there a few times but it was the museum that was always fun to walk through. A 1958 movie: The Line-up was partially filmed in it. Even though it's a B&W film, its' all there to see. (-:

  • Wow, this is a wonderful video with some pics I've never seen before, great music and a overall educational experience.

  • i remember all the seals used to be on the big rock and bark and made a heck of a noise, the cliff house was and is in such a beautiful location, the view of the great highway
