Cintas Customer Testimonials - Doug Herald - Part 1

An interview with Cintas Corporation customer Doug Herald, Director of Maintenance and Engineering for Wornick - Prepared Foods Division.

Wornick is a food manufacturer that provides MRE's (Meals, Ready-to-Eat) to the military, Kraft frozen mac & cheese to Food Service restaurants, and entrees for Gerber.

In this testimonial from Doug Herald, he speaks of Cintas' excellent customer service and responsiveness. Wornick employees work 7 days a week, so they go through a large amount of smocks and uniforms. On the rare occassion when they run out of smocks they are always able to get Cintas to run a special route to replenish their supply.

Cintas provides uniforms and smocks to 130 Wornick employees, ranging from sanitation workers, food processing, and maintenance crews. Wornick also receives saftey mats, entrance mats, first aid supplies, and document shredding services from Cintas.
