I suspect that he meant she's not to blame *for having bought the idea of "god" and divine justice*--given that most people are indoctrinated in the religion as helpless children. I don't think he's saying that she's not to blame for any bad things she might have done...

Problem #1: The bible doesn't condemn child molestation (in fact some verses appear to condone it).

Problem #2: Even if pedophilia was a sin and Christianity was true, if the pedophile accepts Jesus before his death and the victim doesn't, the pedophile gets heaven and the victim hell.

Problem #3: Since you can only commit a finite number of crimes, a pedophile's sentence should not be infinite.

Problem #4: You're less likely to pursue justice in this life if you think there's an afterlife.
