Paws Aquatics is located in Milwaukie Oregon. Dogs with physical disabilities and pain get relief from swimming for 30 minute sessions.
"Self swim" and "Swim Therapy" options are available. Dogs requiring extra assistance can be held and moved by a therapist; guided movements and swimming while being held is extremely effective for range of motion issues and pain management.
If a dog requires extra flotation there are "float coats" available in multiple sizes. Tools are available in case of an emergency (oxygen, etc) and therapists are trained in emergency resuscitation (CPR) for animals.
