I'd like to see a fresh R4 Archer do 30k.

I'm 98 now with +20 bow, max'd skills and +4 cards on 7/10 of my attack skills (others are +3) and my highest crit is 26k buffed.

So yeah, thats what I think of your friend's 30k crits... Unless of course... he's R5 ^^

Hmm I haven't used the freeze for the actual freeze part when soloing since I was R2. Either Heat Shot DoT or my BP breaks it anyway and I'm lazy. :P

You can try pushing ESC then TAB. This will cancel all your actions (including BP's) and un-select your target, then it will re-select it again when you hit TAB. You can also re-position Heat Shot somewhere else in your combo if you need Freezing Arrow to freeze for a while.

Nice ;] I always pop LS+HS at once, then SSS > FA and finally AoD then prepare snare of corrosion for bosses before I recharge my spiracles hehe. No real Archer skills yet :( . So can't wait till I get Double shot/Fire pillar. +3 Card for both in WH ^.^

I'm using a +10 r3 bow atm with Jewel, seeing how crappy it is to find an good R4 bow (And how terribly ugly they look... armor too :| ) I'm starting to think i'll +20 my R3 gear instead and use it until R5 lol. :P

I try to use Frozen Arrow at the end to leave me lot's of time to charge spiracles and place my Icicle Snare properly. It also let's me cast skills with longer cast time such as Fire Pillar Shot, Resonance Shockwave, Lightning Fury and Penetrating Shot.

Also, I'm close to 94 now, and still using my Ancient R3 bow (+18 now) Although I find the Death Bride quite attractive for a bow, I don't wanna lose the +4% to crit ratio.
