What's the best way of avoiding excess skin? I have more muscle mass than most I have seen. My arms probably won't have any excess skin.

That aside it's already had a sizeable impact on how much + what medications I need to take as well as helping my chronic case of diabetes SUBSTANTIALLY. Do yourself a favour go to the Mercy Bariatric website and investigate your options... Good Luck
