2009 CNBC International Property Awards, VFI properties winning night

ONE of the most experienced international property industrys players VFI Overseas Property has been recognised as one of the best luxury developers in Europe.

VFI Overseas Property recently scooped three prestigious prizes at the CNBC 2009 European Residential Property Awards and will now go forward to the world finals due to be staged in San Diego, California.

The awards are supported by a host of well respected professional organisations and are judged by an independent team of experts in the property, design and construction fields as well as property writers and sponsors.

VFI Overseas Property, which has offices in London, Dublin, St Petersburg, Moscow, Stockholm and Tunis, has carved out an impressive reputation for the quality of its luxury developments in Calabria, in the south of Italy.

The company, which was only formed three years ago, took the top European Architecture Award for the unique Calypso Lagoon five star development on the Ionian Sea heritage coastline at beautiful Le Castella. The innovative project, which uses local materials and features the very latest in sustainable technology, draws its inspiration from the pages of history at the time of Pliny.

Top honours also went to VFI Overseas Property for having the best residential marketing campaign. The judges were impressed with its impressive promotional portfolio which was successfully used by the companys dedicated sales team and a world wide network of agents and by the very high quality multi-media presentational marketing material.

The companys third winning entry for best real estate agency brought recognition to VFI Overseas Propertys offices in Russia which were deemed the best in Europe and VFI were congratulated for their after sales customer service and their impressive professional qualifications.

VFI Overseas Property flew in from Southern Italy to receive their awards at the prestigious Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square in London from well-known sports columnist Des Kelly, a former Editor of the Daily Mirror.

Joint CEOs Antonio Velardo and Harry Fitzsimons were delighted the company had been so successful in the competition.
