iRig MIDI enables you to play Music Studio's instruments with your MIDI keyboard! It's the only MIDI interface for iOS that has a USB port for charging the device while playing with ultra low latency. It features MIDI IN, OUT and THRU ports and together with Music Studio goodies like split point setting are available.

  • Hi, i bought the irig midi and it arrived today, the whole reason i got it was so i can use it with this app. But ive set it all up and cant seem to get it to work. Could u please make a vid on your layout and how youve set yours up? Much appreciated. Or does it only work with some keyboards? I have a casio CT-X1. Thanks

  • @kuxzi I just connected the MIDI cables and enabled MIDI IN in Music Studio's hardware setup. Email me at support@xewton.com if you have any further questions.

  • So, im thinking about buying this, but will it work for a Roland keyboard? I've seen people say that iRig only works on certain MIDI keyboards. It looks like you have a regular 88 keys..Help!! Thanks

  • @MissMuzik08 Afaik, iRig MIDI works with all MIDI keyboards, as do most MIDI interfaces for iOS.

  • what keyboard do you have?

  • @GeorgeCoooksey Yamaha P-140

  • Hi. Nice job! Someday I'll play just like you. Do you have any information about the polyphonics? It is up to iRig, the software or the hardware? (I want to use with my Iphone 4). And what about the latency? Do you notice some losses of notes when you play fast? Thanks

  • @Xewton No worries, I realise what i had done wrong. i had put the in into the in and out into the out... I feel stupid -_- Thanks Anyway:)

  • Cool....
