Easy to see why this guy is one of the all time great fiddle players. Too many contest fiddlers now days play this too fast. Byron always gets a million notes in but keeps the tempo and feeling of the old timers. If you ever get a chance to see him go. He is really fantastic. Just needs to post more videos.

well, Byron plays the best version of Billy in the Lowground than any i have seen on you tube,, and hes just sitt'n on his butt with some friends..ain't it cooolll.... the hopscotch on the chorus variation is as solid as it gets... i guess it's cause he's done it too death...eeek
