element9977 has right. You need a boom vang to flatten the mainsail. You could also twist flippers a little to inside, in the top part of them. It should help to keep it upright. When the boat bands the leewerd flipper is all underwater. If the top half of it was a little turned inside of the boat, it would pull the leewerd side up.
u need a boom vang control, and also adjust the foils. th leewardward foil is cavitating too easily and is losing lift, thats why it heels over in the gusts, instead of smoothly rising up.
