Yes indeedy, Tull are amazing and Mr Anderson is a wonderful musician, and was a fine neighbour of mine many years ago (and a mighty fine dog rescuer I might add :-D )

i just love Jethro Tull. i was born in 1080 and my dad had allot of lps of theirs. so i remember with fond memories, spinning them myself. amazing flute playing without any synth, or special modern devices, all natural sounds to extreme

I love Jethro Tull's Instrumentals. Nothing to try to discern, just great music. :)

@dannon1996 It's interesting, I've seen one JT concert, and I was a little skeptical before hand because it was a recent concert and I've seen a lot of their older performances so I didn't know if it was going to be as good. But it was one of the best concerts I've been to, he was still jumping around everywhere and entertaining everyone

Excellent....!!!!

@dannon1996 : glad to hear that the torch of old-school progressive rock is being passed down. IMO even the exalted Galway can come anywhere to him in born talent.

You are kidding is his first name Jethro ? I was more than likely watching all members of Jethro Tull perform Bouree live while you were still in diapers lol chill out enjoy dude.
The band is Jethro Tull, but the guy is Ian Anderson. The most amazing flautist (spelling?) I have ever heard. i wish i could see one of his concerts. I'm 13. and he is my idol.

tull is the name of the band (and the dude who invented the seed drill), not the name of anyone in the band.
