i have this same set up but without the headers i have off road xpipe and 40 series flowmasters and i hear that nasty rattle sound you hear but im not the only one that hears it the only thing i can think of doing is getting a different axle back.

I eneded up cracking open the Flowmasters and have them welded on the inside. The resonators are 12 inch Vibratnts . 18 inch wont fit. Flowmaster has since fixed the baffle welds on the American Thunders. I still like the sound. Everyone has thier own taste.

Thats what happens when you buy cheap shit like Flowmaster. Much better off with Borla Stingers, or XR-1s, or hell even the SLP Loudmouth kits. True straight through performance ( not baffled choking tin can noise )
