@MnMLadyZ Thank you <3 It IS a loss and I am keeping that in mind throughout this week! :) I realllllly want to believe in me too! lol For me, I have to do the work, and that makes me believe I'm for real, you know. The proof's in the pudding so to speak. I'll get there though, it's my ONE mission in life right now. :)

Wishing you all the best with the court stuff and the weight loos too! Even though you lost what you gained before, it is a good thing 'cause it's a loss not a gain. You will do it, I believe in you!

@7llazaren Yes, but the key is to keep losing and not lose and gain and then lose over and over. I'm not working my program consistently...it's very important to stay consistent...otherwise it feels like a ton of work followed by a few lazy days, followed by a ton of work followed by a few lazy days...and you never get anywhere. ugh. I will conquer this.

"I wanna kick ass before I'm old!" Love it!!!!! I am right there with you. That's totally how I feel. I am so stealing that line!!! Along with Julie's "All it takes is whatever it takes"

I won't stay with anything over the long haul if I don't enyoy it either. I wish we had a roller skating rink here in Oakland. We have an ice skating rink and I tried it last year, but I couldn't balance on those blades. Wishing you the best.

@BeckyInCa Oakland doesn't have a skating rink? I know San Leandro did...I think Redwood City just shut theirs down or are just about to. Roller skating rinks are finding it hard to stay afloat in this economy...and roller skating just isn't as popular as it use to be. I thought maybe Derby might revive it but doesn't seem so. Thanks for the well wishes Becky <3

I do the same thing, overload leads to nothingness. I try to not do it anymore.
Sorry to hear about the court thing, hope that turns out for the best. I am sure it will.
Glad you got new skates. I was wondering how they fit after 29 years, now I know.
Good luck, marjie

@macomarell I need to use that as a slogan on my wall "overload leads to nothingness"! Well said Marjie! <3 Yeah, the skates have never fit me well, not even when I was younger...I think they accidentally ordered the wrong size and I've just been putting up with it all these years. I guess I thought I couldn't skate the same in new skates...cuz I tried to skate in rental skates once and it was a horrible experience. LOL
