Notice who's conspicuously missing from the list of people involved in making the movie? The voice actors. It took decades for Disney to acknowledge their vital contributions.

I disagree, the Walt Disney company (and animation in general) would have crumbled if they didn't have people who knew how to balance the practical need for money to fund their works and making engaging stories and characters. You can be passionate and still work for profit. I still believe animation today still is made by hardworking artists who love their craft and simply want enough money to keep doing what they do.
