a sportster that doesn't work for the track and neither for the dirt

@gmanalready thats a race prep machine in those bikes making 90+hp in the tz250's. i have an aprilia rs250 that is street legal that is comparable to yamaha's tzr250 (which is based off the tz race model) and it makes around 70hp and runs 130mph tops. put it on a diet and do some engine work and tuning and sure it will make 90hp. but not stock...im sure you knew that though

well the big manufacturers have given up on them its sad but true. i love 2 strokes but the 4s are getting all the attention.

@motopilot0919 2 strokes arent dead
-
@motopilot0919 Well said, this class is aimed at youth as Roland says. Which means keep the costs down. You could easily get 90 bhp out of this motor, but its about cost and keeping it down :-)
-
@motopilot0919 you can go 125-130 hp before the cast alu cases blow up. 55hp stock is flywheel hp. 60 is he rear tire hp, no much to do that at all
-
@bwh998 u will keep ur 2stroke 500 thats more reliable than a 450 4stroke?? :-s ok dude!
-
I like the one he had at last years bike show.

so many people who think they now what they are talking about but dont know shit. 60 horse is not an exageration and yes you can get a lot more out of them. as much as i hate to say it 2 strokes are dead and the 4 strokes will soon own on all of them be it street or dirt
