  • @thecranbox Check out myspace eyes like lions:) crazy old school robert ellis! we recorded some of this in my parents house!

  • Wow I had no idea, I was the first guy I think to ever record him in Lake Jackson, it was a song he wrote about this guy named Gutie who had stolen the girl he was interested in... he was pissed and wrote it...this was back when he only listened to zeppelin and would steal towels from my mom and never give them back after swimming:) Man I always loved this guy, probably the coolest guy I've ever known... Im going to see him in Pittsburg first time since high school to see him, this is crazy!

  • Really nice, would've been better on a tuned guitar :(

  • i know him, hes really chill. nicest guy youll meet.

  • Really love your vocals and guitar playing. You are extremely talented!

Just curious do you do any folk style music with folk arrangement on guitar?

One great song I could hear you singing is a song called, "The Dimming of the Day" by the great singer/songwriter from UK named, Richard Thompson. He's been performing since the 60's & he's very good! You can find that song on Youtube as performed by Richard Thompson. Plenty of people cover it but Richard wrote it. Do you do gigs in Calif?

  • Been listening to this guy a lot lately, his album Photographs is superb !

Hope to see you in Glasgow Scotland soon Robert..................

  • Too bad a Hunter Gayes ad popped up...

  • Great classic sound and song. Wish he had tune that box tho. He has a clinker ringing flat...

  • Terrific song! So Good to hear real country music!

    Thank you Robert!

    Debby

  • Real country! Seagull builds a great sounding affordable guitar too. I have one myself. Classic sound all in all!
