I would take a different tack and just pull out entirely and not give aid to either side. It is time to stop meddling in the affairs of Africa other parts of the world and concentrate on getting our troops home from overseas and other things.

@TukenNuken May we find a way to use your violent energy to make compassionate empowerment a reward in ans of itself...to show profiteering the cruel slave making that it is...and have all actors of state accountable the American people with consequences to bear in the event of illegal actions. All easier said than done...Just having the talent to find fun ways to offer truth and information to others is a heroic act for democracy.
