Shiiiit I had that happen on that mission with the ship on the cliff!
When the ship moved I was nudged up onto a floor that didn't exist and ran around over the ship. Restarted the mission :P

@TheOtherBarber and what about bug on the same mission after defeating first wave (varrens), on the second wave when almost every single enemy got defeated my teammates started shooting at empty spot in the sky...?

I have a glitch on the krogan planet doing the rite of passage mission for grunt.. there was 1 enemy remaining but it just wouldn't die and didn't have a healt bar, so basically i was stuck forever and the mission never ended.. still havent figured out a fix :S

Well really I guess the only thing you could do is revert to an earlier save, that's what I had to do here.
