  • Well done Bill :-) Keep up the good work.

  • One area I believe NZ can take advantage of during the coming world recession is in food production. If Government can somehow help grow this industry through proper incentives without open interference, we can be in a great position to grow wile others are falling to bits.

  • Hope this Government is not set on printing money for the sake of stimulating the economy, that will be bad for the NZ$ and can lead to high inflation.

  • Infrastructure Expenditure is great provided it is on new infrastructure rather than maintenance of old infrastructure. Having a Deficit means we will have to borrow, so stupid to borrow on maintenance, but makes sense for new infrastructure.

  • As long as this government does not blindly follow he stupidity of the US, we may well get out of this ok.

    I suggest these politicians familiarise themselves with the thing Peter Shiff say about the world economy.
