Hey, I'm glad to hear that. I'm one of those customers who passed on Bioshock because of DRM and I'll still pass on it even though it is only $20 now and they lifted some of the restrictions. They really lost any goodwill they had with me...

Hooray!!!
DRM is confirmed as dead. The last of the major record labels enforcing digital rights management onto us has finally caved. Yes!

Oh I get it

DRM is already dying. 2K lost thousands of customers because they added DRM to BioShock. Good video.

That's an interesting question I missed the first time I read your comment. How does DRM effect the music itself, beyond the consumer/listener/user. I think it leads some to see what they are doing as "property creation," commoditized creativity. There has to be a way to show that.

It was a combination of AfterEffects, GarageBand, and Illustrator, mostly...

That's a fair criticism. It's never good to have the title explain the whole thing. We toyed around with calling it Musurgia Universalis, but that got laughed out of the meeting for being way too obscure. But I sort of agree with you. I like abstraction, but I like for it to be deciferable
Good job! It's maybe too abstract and you should have showed more how the DRM affected the music, you simply show the bird in a cage and it's too quick. But the colours and the music, perfect!

Ok, I pay like 30 bucks for The Dark Knight and can't watch a digital copy specifically intended for playback on portable devices on my PSP. I want to reach down Warner Brothers' throat and yank their lungs out so I can use them to scream at them. All the people who legitimately buy movies and music can never even enjoy them because of what companies do to try and stop people who steal them and watch them anyway.
