So I found out that I was not getting enough calories AND protein, which in turn caused me to have low iron and major headaches (ahhhh)....so I am changing my eating plan and I have decided to follow the Weight Watchers plan because my mom did it and I can trust it (hopefully lol)...I will be starting that either tomorrow or the day after. For what its worth, I have lost 5 pounds in the four days that I've been doing my eating plan, but at what cost? Me almost blacking out today? Definitely not healthy...anyways i'll check back in tomorrow!
