To purposely choose to put yourself on the Auschwitz diet; for the sake of fashion art, to walk on the catwalk, is inventing the anorexia problem for yourself and the dangers don't change. And I guess the lust for fame lets the mental monster of anorexia take over your brain. Sumo wrestlers purposely gain weight for there place in history, and in exchange a short life.

In high school to mid 30's I averaged 125LBs, Having Marfans syndrome and two open heart surgeries, the aw-ha factor did not matter, my clothes still are no perfect fit, as this song expresses. In your youth you expect things to balance out in the future. I paid little to folks fusing about my weight, I think girls have it worse, being naturally more, clairvoyant, they magnify a little fuse to a major crisis.

I had folks in my youth that thought my parents where keeping food for themselves. I have a large 7 3/4 hat size and a thin body and wear size 11 shoes,bending on the shoe maker I fit a 10 1/2 better,with some sneakers, depends on the maker. Back to the pressure of folks who, maybe hated themselves so much,being over weight that it reflects strong jealous feelings,or I reminded them when they where young and thin. I am reflecting 20 + yrs ago.

This song is not about anorexia; It is about being naturally thin and people who interject, "Why don't you eat more!" Anorexia is being thin unnaturally, more of a self righteous  feeling of your own self, you don't like your self, mostly mental crooked about yourself. I am naturally thin and I used to be a hollow long. I am 45 and 5' 10 and weight 152lbs. I averaged 135ibs until last year. I received some steroids mixed in my fludarabine medication for CLL. To shrink lymph nodes.
