Celebrities Tour Destruction of Ike in Haiti

Matt Damon and Wyclef Jean toured Haiti over the weekend, which remains devastated following Hurricane Ike. Streets and cities remain underwater a week after the storm tore across the Caribbean nation. (Sept. 15)

Watching this is just bringing tears to my eyes. This country could never get a break. Haiti's situation has gone from bad to worse since before I was a teenager. I hope that other Haitian-born celebs and pro athletes start backing 'Clef on his mission, like Damon is doing. I can't come up with another name that has been the "face" of Haiti in this country for as long as he has.

I work and earn my money and will spend it however way I want. Even if it's donating a few dollars to Haiti. It's funny when people complain about Americans helping Haiti and not America. Most of these internet warriors have never volunteered here in the states, they've never donated money to a veterans hospital, they've never done anything. They spend more time complaining about Sean Penn & Clooney rather then getting their hands dirty to "help America".

@Tara3870 I agree whole heart with what you said ! American red cross is a bad joke on everyone and people needs to be outraged at red cross for not giving the katrina victims the donations that is rightfully theirs! I've seen on the news that red cross had gave some of the donations to white people in small towns and told them not to say anything about it ! Some white people came forth and told the truth about american red cross and it's ashame that these other organizations get ignored!!

WE NEED TO STOP JUDGING PEOPLE by how much money you have! These people have survived against rogue settlers and bad press and they could care less about the rich and racism! The military needs to get people together and start picking up some of the fallin homes and start to rebuild right away before people forget like katrina!

Hurricane Katrina taught me never to give money to the Red Cross ever again. They've misappropriated funds and they didn't even go into certain areas b/c they said it was too "dangerous" while so many people went w/o. I will only give to the Salvation Army, Goodwill and Doctors w/o Borders who I respect a great deal b/c they've actually chosen to stay behind and help the people and not flee. May God bless and keep the people of Haiti and those that are trying to help them.
