Many people try to attempt spirituality through logic and knowledge, however, there is no proof for spirituality. Needing and requiring proof means one is still in the mind. When one is connected with their soul, the experience goes beyond mind, body, and thoughts. Thus, self realization, spirituality and enlightenment have no proof. Such a higher state of consciouness can only be realized and understood within one's own soul.

everything here make sense. Meditate to perfect silent is extremly hard becoz we've been living with thoughts since we were borned. We need alot of determinations to clear our thoughts and imaginary images from our head. Yes true can only be realize. Thank you..

Truth is only truth at the level it is perceived as truth. A new enlightened truth to one may be "old hat" to another who has walked that path before. It is said the highest truths can never be written. Words or 3rd dimensional constructs simply can`t explain higher dimensions. It is like asking a 1st grader to explain what goes on in 5th grade. One will never capture spirit but can only become spiritual in the process. Same as Tammy is saying but a million different ways to say it.
