The only thing about The Sims 3, is that the boolProp doesnt do as much as in number 2. So you cant make them throw up (as far as ive tried).

Press ctrl + shift + c and enter "boolprop testingcheatsenabled on" into the box. Shift click the sim and click spawn/MakeMeSick tester.. Click on either food poisoning or morning sickness..

Boolprop makes your computer go loco... It sure did on mine. Last time i tried it, it sorta didn't let me save any of my changes. >:(

Personally I didn't have any problem with the boolprop.. It may be the case if ever it isn't compatible with one of your custom contents..
