I tested my PC's power supply with a PS-224 LCD Power Supply Tester, and the tester reads the +5v rail first as 4.9v, then after a couple seconds reads "LL" (low voltage), should I be concerned? I've read a couple reviews saying the PS-224 can be somewhat buggy? Feedback anyone?
