An update by Kristian Snow of what YWAM is doing to help the victims of the earthquake. YWAM is now responsible for all identification, allowing a certain amount of victims to be able to recieve assistance in housing, food and other things by showing their card to the suppliers. YWAM is also coordinating private organizations and churches to help Port-au-Prince victims. A program is getting set up that you can support by going to www.ywamhaiti.org where refugees can get food and housing for $2 US per day. A team from Tyler, Texas has arrived in Port-au-Prince and is doing rescue work. They have been saving lives and have some remarkable stories to tell in the future. We've heard that amputations are taking place there with NO anesthesia and many are still out in the streets with nobody to take them to a clinic.
