Tea is a good thing to add for moral support, how ever if it contains caffeine it'll make you have to piss more, eventually causing dehydration.

Hope you notice that rubber ban can use as emergency fire starter. also they are water proof. so i would suggest you to put a cuple more rubber bans there.
