  • Considering the ball was new, if the owner of the bowling alley knew that there was a small number of balls were defective to cause lacerations, and failed to reasonably inspect new balls before making them available, in that case, isn't there a breach of duty? Would it require regular complaints to create a duty, and those complaints ignored to establish breach? (This statistic not holding I'd bet why it makes a great book example)

  • Every Bowling Alley Sells Bowling Balls, as well as they sell shoes ... the shoes

have a fee, and the balls are free to use ... but I do not understand how a Bowling

Ball is incidental to Bowling ... that is like saying that a baseball is incidental to

    the Game of Baseball ...

  • oh my god, that bowling ball explanation was amazing

  • thtrgremlin: your posed hypothetical is interesting but falls outside of black letter to be an actual MBE question. In any case, I recommend checking out the MBE Timer for the iPhone while you study for the bar.
