Every Bowling Alley Sells Bowling Balls, as well as they sell shoes ... the shoes
have a fee, and the balls are free to use ... but I do not understand how a Bowling
Ball is incidental to Bowling ... that is like saying that a baseball is incidental to
the Game of Baseball ...

thtrgremlin: your posed hypothetical is interesting but falls outside of black letter to be an actual MBE question. In any case, I recommend checking out the MBE Timer for the iPhone while you study for the bar.

Considering the ball was new, if the owner of the bowling alley knew that there was a small number of balls were defective to cause lacerations, and failed to reasonably inspect new balls before making them available, in that case, isn't there a breach of duty? Would it require regular complaints to create a duty, and those complaints ignored to establish breach? (This statistic not holding I'd bet why it makes a great book example)
