Lost Odyssey - Inmortal one defeated ONLY with mortals ¿possible?

My particular challenge, NO inmortals in battle so Kaim, Seth, Ming and Sarah are forbidden in this challenge. You trully realize how limited are mortals in skills and stats. Now, curse becomes one of the most annoying spells (only Sed can be equiped with status prevent accesory, Angel guard).

Absolutly agonic and epic battle.

Video shows the last turns before it dies (entire battle would take too much time). Any mistake and battle is over. Just think about it, imagine a usuall cube + shadowus counter combo on your mortals, only one could equip magic absorb accesory or even null damage with luck. Defense complete may save Toltens ass but its not easy to know when he should cast it, and considering Inmortal one always acts before Tolten could even cast it.

MANY critical decisions at moments, specially at 2:11 by healing completely Jansen instead of reviving any fallen ally, that suposed Inmortal one´s dead.

Note: Jansen is equiped with rose quarzt.

Yep, I feel exactly the same about these kind of battles "in the edge". Sometimes battle themes grow the epicness to the max. It´s really exciting when u manage to defeat a boss in the deadline.

Ahaha, I just posted a comment on another vid if this was possible cause I thought it'd be pretty cool to see. Many props, bro. I also like how the Spanish text have "+" signs for each higher level of a spell, instead of it ending with "a" or "us". I suppose it wouldn't have been easy to translate.
