Shuffle Off to Buffalo - 42nd St Azusa Pacific Univeristy Theater Department

This is APU's production of 42nd St. . .And yes, we are a smaller theater with limited means. . .so know that if you comment all mean and stupid the joke is on you because we are not claiming this is God's gift to mankind. . .and I think everyone is aware of the craziness of cheap cameras and loud Theater sound systems making the audio record weird. . .

This has to be the best rendition of "Shuffle" I've heard or seen. I've heard one version of Maggie's verse go like this: "When she knows as much as we know She'll be on her way to Reno While he still has dough..." And instead of the trousseaus: "She was just the farmer's daughter And the salesman made his sale What she got she didn't order And you can't return by mail To the chapel daddy got 'im With some buckshot in his bottom How could he say 'no'?..." Otherwise, great performance.
