yep. funny thing is, I watched Kanaval live from Haiti and I know they have costumes. Even in Miami Carnival, Haitians wear costumes and have their own costume band. I like their vibes, but watching a whole group of people run by in plain tshirts is not really entertaining.

calm down im haitian too maybe i wasnt there for long i went at like 10:30 and left around 4 because my feet were killing me. But maybe all the haitians came out later after i left. how come haitians dont have those girls with the costumes and feathers? shoot...if i lived in brooklyn i would have been reppin haiti by wearing those little things..all the haitians did while i was there was go by on a float..the people on the float looked like they werent enjoying themselves.
