Korea we are actually still at war with... by articles of war filed by Congress... it is only at Cease Fire it is actually the longest running war in U.S. history... Gulf, and Iraq War was declared by congress... now Afghanistan.... that could be the closest thing we have to a police action... but it is sanctioned by the U.N..... learn your history.
