the ppl saying she is faking show your ignorance of neuromuscular physiology. This woman has a very characteristic gait abnormality that is identical in other species with this type of neuro disorder. (I work in vet research) Horses, dogs and cats can get this from a parasite, tick, virus, or bad vaccine. Certain nerves that govern muscle control are damaged and not others. The immune system reaction causes the nerve tissues to develop severe inflammation, thus disturbing nerve function.
