Yep, it's called an Ubermorder, a mix of human and mechanical parts, kind of like Kroenen from Hellboy.

Yeah, the treasure is important documents to explain why there are documents to read between levels.

Already this mod makes a fantastic first impression, just seen someone else do a playthrough of the first level here on YouTube. The Status bar face is one vast improvement in OMS3, the enemies there are some new ones.
