@ricci1007 In amongst your verbal nonsense, you begin to make a point. Of course there is nothing wrong with him in the moral / legal sense. It is WRONG to stigmatise someone who is HIV positive or has AIDS. I fail to understand why the USA and other countries prosecute people for having HIV. You should direct your anger at assinine law makers (judges etc) not the science. The law is not democratic.

@ricci1007 Western blot and most ELISAs detect HIV antibodies. Some ELISAs detect HIV protein as well. RT-PCR kits e.g. amplicon / Cobras detect and quantify HIV mRNA. DIRECT HIV PCR kits detect HIV DNA.

@ricci1007 Antibodies ARE NOT an indication of immunity. People who die of TB have TB antibodies. People who die of 'flu have 'flu antibodies. You are an unmarried marriage guidance councilor. Sometimes the antibodies are simply not enough. Stop sticking you nose into things you do not understand.

@littledifish There are DOZENS of reasons for reaction on those crap tests documented in the medical literature including PREGNANCY herpes and malaria.

DAs are even having to drop their "hiv" criminal complaints because.....even the test kit manufacturers.......make NO claims whatsoever that theit products are capable of making a SPECIFIC diagnosis of anything.
