7:31 is the murder music from the 1960 Alfred Hitchcock film, Psycho. It was composed by Bernard Herrman. The music was rearranged by Danny Elfman for the 1998 shot for shot color remake by Gus Van Sant.

One question to ask. Which is better: Psycho 1960 or Psycho 1998

My answer is: The 1998 remake was nice but the original version is much better
