hey joe i fish in D.C (potomac river) and i was just curious when did you film this because every where around here is frozen and im sure its even colder up in ohio but your just wearing a t-shirt and under armour and the lake doesnt have any ice on it.

My shows are filmed up to a year in advance of their release dates. It's a practice that fishing shows on tv have used for years to ensure that they are able to put out high quality shows no matter what the weather is. Since Fishn' with Joe has been run on two television stations and arrangements can be made at any time to run even more shows, I have to have shows filmed and ready for the opportunities when they arrive. I've got tons of awesome shows just waiting to be seen.

seeing this vid makes my what to cry i used to fish at this lake all the time i move to middletown ohio and only when one time sinc if u ask them i was the one kid that got hooked in the eye my dad is the one that caght so much bass that they made a role about bass fishing there i miss it so much this was the first lake i fished in this lake were i learnd how to fish i was like 4 now im 14 lol AND THEY LET YOU TKAE A BOAT OUT THERE THATS THATS SICK . nice fishing dude make more vids

I went up there last night after watching this video and had some really good fishing. on the way out i watched somebody pull in a 45 lb blue cat that they weighed right on the dock and threw back. really good fishing spot. one of the hidden gems of the cincinnati area

I would very highley recommend this lake to anybody! I lt is a great lake for any type of fishermen they got all types of cash in the lake. If you love catfishing you will love this lake they have some monsters in this lake the biggest caught is a 63 pound blue cat now that is huge!!!!! This lake is a great lake so everyone should go and try it!! I will have some videos also of marsh lake when the weather gets better so check those out and check out my channel thanks!

I've been sitting here watching a bunch of your videos, really enjoy them. I came across this one and got really excited, as I've spent countless hours fishing that lake. I was home schooled as a kid and would spend every day of the summer at marsh lake, while most people were at work/school I was there fishing.

That being said, I've also spent a lot of time wondering what the fishing would be like on a boat out there, since they don't allow them normally. You answered that question for sure.
