I correct myself. I was watching Norfolk Southern onYoutube on Saturday. I live in Harrisburg,PA. Hershey is just 10 miles east. Anyway on this one video, a Norfolk Southern train had autoracks on a intermodal train. This was in Hershey.

@agentM1991 Maybe it's not a standard practice on the NS but it sure is on the BNSF around here. I will try to catch one on film and load it up for you (and everyone else) to see here on the "Tube".

@wesolint I live near the Norfolk Southern. I have never seen autoracks on an intermodal train. I have seen them on Youtube vidoes.

@RailRide Kind of - I used an intermodal train sound bite on my baretable video but have not actually tried to match exact consist movements. hmmm.......

@agentM1991 I saw a train yesterday thru Spokane that was 1/2 stack train and 1/2 autoracks.
