Totally awesome! I bought every one of her 45's through "Never Never Leave Me," her first non-Motown song, and every one was special. What a voice!

@pdee333 Its very Sad people continue to Blame Berry Gordy and Diana Ross for their own train wreck of a life. Just do the research before you continue to place the fault on Berry and Diana. U all seem to forget these people were Grown ups. not kids. Mary left Motown on her own. Diana was just beginning to come up with the Supremes. But Mary was the Star as long as Smokey wrote for her. but she opted for More money and Movies.Motown couldnt match it. her contract was up so they had to let her go

@pdee333 U are Mis Informed. The Dreams he put on Diana was for Mary. but he NEVER dated Mary.. Mary LEFT MOTOWN and BERRY high and DRY right after she hit big with My Guy she went to a white owned label because they offered her More money and promised her movies because My Guy was No1. and the Beatles Asked her to tour with them. 20th cent. didnt have Smokey Robinson or the writers for Marys voice she flopped and they Dropped her. She listened to that stupid Husband and QUIT MOTOWN. her fault.

@crazyromanian1 ... Indeed, she did. I think it's called 'soul'.

So from 2:46 to the end is the part of the song that always fades out! I love that "I'm walking away" part!

Mary just had a "thing" to her voice and delivery that could not be duplicated.

It's terrible how Barry Gordy and Diana Ross treated her. Diana hustled Barry away from Mary and then proceeded to destroy her career.. Nasty , nasty Diana. I was blessed to see Mary perform in a small club in Vancouver , Canada just a short time before she passed from cancer.. She still had the magic. She was incredible. Love you , Mary forever
Love this song!!!!!
