Yes, knee pain is an issue for some. You can put a towel under your back knee, or fold your mat over so its twice as thick (or use two mats to double up). Hopefully that helps! Glad you're doing them daily - Nice!!!

I have a question... Whenever I do the stretch at 4:29, my back knee really hurts. Is that normal? Maybe I should get a thicker mat? I don't know...

If you have knee problems this is the most important stretch you will ever learn!
But it is easier standing in front of your kitchen table for example

Hi. Thank you SO much for this video. I have had issues with my left hamstring and both my hips for years. I'm 29, and run about 6 miles 3 or 4 times a week...and was just having such trouble. For the past month or so I've been doing these stretches after each run and I am completely cured! Thank you SOOOOOOOOOO much!
