  • Hi. Thank you SO much for this video. I have had issues with my left hamstring and both my hips for years. I'm 29, and run about 6 miles 3 or 4 times a week...and was just having such trouble. For the past month or so I've been doing these stretches after each run and I am completely cured! Thank you SOOOOOOOOOO much!

  • Yes, knee pain is an issue for some. You can put a towel under your back knee, or fold your mat over so its twice as thick (or use two mats to double up). Hopefully that helps! Glad you're doing them daily - Nice!!!

  • I have a question... Whenever I do the stretch at 4:29, my back knee really hurts. Is that normal? Maybe I should get a thicker mat? I don't know...

    If you have knee problems this is the most important stretch you will ever learn!

    But it is easier standing in front of your kitchen table for example
