  • Stressing yourself about a lb is only going to make you gain weight. Remember, it is a lifestyle change not a diet. If you think of it that way you won't stress so much over everything you eat. Keep your head up! I am rooting for you =)

  • @kedahmiller i know! i was just so mad at that time because it wasnt really about one pound it was just the fact that i had failed at the goal that i had set for myself but i this was two weeks ago and i have lost 11pounds since then =) Thank you so much!!

  • Don't be frustrated DIVA!!! You can do it, just stay on course and strong and you will do it!!! The holidays are the worst but you will be able to get it down!!!! Good Luck!!!

  • You are doing ALRIGht...you know what you are doing wrong...everybody has bad weeks...BUT you are keeping your head up and going to keep at it! YOU are NOT defeated...you are going to be in the best shape of your life slowly and steadily...Don't lose hope, don't give up...I am in a similar journey... Stay focused...today give it your best.

  • I know how u feel, for me i had to realiz e this is a lifestyle change not a diet, so try thinking in that terms and make sure u try to prepare your meals once awk in advance to keep you on track with eating healthy foods.

  • Hey i have just started my own weight loss vlog, check it out.. it's hard as i started at 317 pounds. It is hard and sometimes disheartening but keep at it and don't give up!! xxx
