I still remember the first plane hitting, one of my customers was in the first tower and I was on the phone with him, I didn't know what happened, except that the call dropped and I tried calling him back and that is when I looked over at my co-worker that sat next to me she had CNN pulled up and by now managers were all over the flow about what had happened. I still remember him and looking up at the IVR that reflected how many calls were in queue and displayed the time:(
