  • she gets to eat everything from all around the world

  • @mithilag

There are many delicious cuisines from around the world. In fact, a lot of dishes cooked on this episode are influences that India had from Persian, Turkish, Afghan and Central Asian cuisines. Indian cuisine is diverse BECAUSE it takes in from other cuisines. In fact, it is only within the past 400 yrs that Indian cuisine used tomatoes and Red chilli powder(both of which were found in the Americas)

I agree that many parts of Central Asia were part of Persian empire, but the Mughals were from Turkmenistan, which was not part of the persian empire. But they had a deep affinity for Persian culture and Dari(Farsi) language- therefore the Persian influence in india....BUT, the Mughals themselves were NOT persians. Some of them took in Persian Wives, but then many of them ALSO took in Rajput(Hindu) wives!

  • @Anotherkashmiri Mughals WERE Persians. Then Persia is not only what we know as Iran, it included a lot of Central Asia.

  • THE ONLY NATIONAL CUISINE WITH FLAVOUR!
