I had a pendant of that bird profile when I was 13. Wore it everywhere I went. It got me harassed pretty badly at school. After 30 years of searching, as religious person, and later as an atheist, I've finally returned to an outlook that almost precisely mirrors this book and its contents. I'm not upset about the time it took. It was worth it all to come back home. And yeah, though the movie is not well done, the soundtrack carries the message perfectly. thanks for posting.

@tigrefish When I first saw JLS I could not stop crying. I could not understand why it touched me so. Later I married my GF of several years. We had a very strong love for each other. We were married with BE in the background. We exchanged identical necklaces of a seagull(in place of rings) and we cried during the entire ceremony. A little over a year later I lost her in a accident(in front of no less). It took 15 years to put this behind me, and then only after a dream of seeing her
