    Create JFrame

    add jDesktopPane1

    create JInternalFrame

    then type in menu NewJInternalFrame f = new NewJInternalFrame();  jDesktopPane1.add(f); f.setVisible(true)

  • thank you for this. so what you do is create a separate JFRAME file. then you declare and initialize it in your MAIN class.. and that's it. so simple.
