  • They are Pentecostal and believe in long hair and modest dress....it isn't a "church" doctrine....it is in your Bible! I would encourage you to read it and understand it. Dottie used to be a Pentecostal minister but it looks like turned away from her roots toward the end, but she she had an amazing gift. Love her!

  • At least the woman don't go around half naked,,,Most people. except the wearer feels uncomforts around women like that.....You can still cover your body, and still look nice

  • Beautiful..

  • @Jesusknowsyou1 God calls for Holiness there are many scriptures in the bible on women being holy, appropriately dressed, and discreet.

  • @LarryFerguson No man/women, regardless of legacy or fame deserves to be put on a throne!!! To God be all GLORY and GOD ALONE!

  • @redgeinjax Also long sleeves, long dresses, hair tied up and close toed shoes. I went to a church that was like that. The women sat on one side and the men on the other. It made you feel like you went back in time. I don't think people should dress according to some code or standard that the church puts out. That just seems like a cult to the world. In the summer people should be cool and women don't have to look fuddy duddy to be holy.

  • @cornstar5 They are Pentacostals, who did not believe in cutting their hair. They seldom wore it just hanging down. They believed a woman's hair was her adorment, hence the intricate updo's. It looks funny now but you could always tell a Pentacostal by their hair.

  • @Jesusknowsyou1 Two that I've found to have played accordion were Shirley Cohron and Pat Jones. One web site posted that Pat Jones was with them from 1965 to 1967. I think this might be Pat Jones Green.

  • Does anyone know who the girl playing the accordion is?

  • THIS IS FROM THE TIME, I REMEMBER FIRST SEEING THEM. PROBABLY ABOUT THE TIME WE GOT THE RECORD OR A T.V. LOVED SEEING IT AGAIN!!
