@Bezemkast33 It's not the card. It's GTAIV mostly. Rockstar games have been having this problem when dealing with modded-to-pc games. The problem is you cannot run GTAIV on max without going over the 1006 mb allowed memory. Your system can handle it, but GTAIV doesn't like it, causing lag. I have the same issue with my 4870. Running MW2 max, and everything else (including crysis) max, but not GTAIV. Same tissues with Bully game from Rockstar.

WTF is wrong with my pc i have a i5 750 4gb ddr3 ram and a club 3d 8800gtx and a 8800gtx this should run every game on highest settings but i tried gta 4 and its avg fps is 20 wtfffff. I also tried Gears of war and i can run it with constant 60+ fps in directx10 so whatsup with gta 4?

The card is like 3 years old man. I'am not sure but i don't think its good. Buy a new one maybe, ask around.

Could anyone recommend a CPU cooler for core i5 750 ?.i wan't to overclock to MAX about 4.0 ghz.I prefer air cooling because water cooling gets quite expensive.
